I have a complaint about a delivered product, now what?

How awful! If you have an account manager at OZ Export, we recommend that you contact him / her. If you do not have an account manager, send an email to customerservice@OZExport.nl. We will answer you as soon as possible. Please note that complaints about delivered products must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery.

There is still a credit open, can this be resolved?
