LET’S GET INSPIRED FOR WINTER & CHRISTMAS
Coloured by Gerbera makes a magazine filled inspiration for every season of the year. We love to walk you through the designs and trends that the incorporated in the magazine.
OUTSIDE IS DARK, BUT INSIDE WE SHINE
This trend has a very dark colour palette with strong earth toned colours. Ocher yellow, deep red, browns and hints of blue’s. Try to play with coloured vases to create real statement pieces.
During Fall season we like to advice to use seasonal products like berries and Rosa bottles. Use red and orange Gerbera’s. Why not choose flowers that have different coloured petals. Or are a bit more spikey. Just have fun and play with different heights.
CHRISTMAS PRETTY IN PINK
Flower with pastel tints and soft textures in combination with grey slate colours give your Christmas design a rustic vibe. Choose flowers like the Lisianthus, double Liliums, fringed Tulips and of course Gerbera’s in different shapes and sizes. Add green with a hint of grey to your arrangements to complete this look.
For the festive season you can opt for some glitters or pink metallic coloured leaves. Is that to bold for you? Then pick a copper of gold vase to add some Christmas spirit!
PURE SERENE WINTER BEAUTIES
Winter continues after Christmas! Here we have some inspiration to keep you warm during the rest of the Winter season!
Soft grey tones in combination with mint green are very popular within home decorations. A trend that is perfect if you like light designs. Combine greens like Eucalyptus with white Tulips and add crème yellow Gerberas for a warm winter feeling. Crème colours mixed with white are called ‘warm winter whites’.
Another great flower for this trend is the Christmas Rose, also known as the Hellborus. The soft green coloured flowers match the mint green decoration and white Geberas.
