SEASONAL PRODUCTION FROM ITALY
As you may know, every year we receive an amazing collection from Piazza dei Fiori! The collection is very broad because it’s spread over the northern (Liguria) and southern region (Campania) in Italy. The Italian consumers have a very high quality standard, so it is a must for Piazza Dei Fiori to maintain their excellent quality level. This is possible, because they grow their products in an advantageous micro-climate.
FRESH GREENS & FOLIAGE
Every week we receive several deliveries with greens and foliage. This way our stock is always fresh! Below a picture of our visit to the farm. Looks breathtaking, right?!
